Classification - JOB SITE FOREMAN

- ready, willing and able to learn quickly
- take pride in quality workmanship
- minimum 2 years roofing experience in all aspects of asphalt shingle roofs
- WCB supervisor training program certificate
- experienced and well versed in cost estimating
- skilled with roofing tear offs and roof preparation
- skilled with installation of sheeting, paper, shingles, flashing, venting, capping, etc
- excellent customer service and customer relations skills
- excellent staff relations, delegation skills and professionalism
- understand time sensitivity and able to work to deadlines
- excellent at staff training and development
- able to work varied hours (including weekends)
- own reliable vehicle and have valid driver's license
- understands and accepts the standards, policies and operational procedures
set out by Pro-Tec management
Classification - PROFESSIONAL ROOFER
- good attitude and a strong work ethic
- ready, willing and able to learn quickly
- understand, accept, and operate under WCB regulations and policies
- minimum 1 year roofing experience in all aspects of asphalt shingle roofs
- skilled with roofing tear offs and roof preparation
- skilled with installation of sheeting, paper, shingles, flashing, venting, capping, etc
- excellent customer service and customer relations skills
- understand time sensitivity and able to work to deadlines
- excellent staff relations, delegation skills and professionalism
- excellent at staff training and development
- able to work varied hours (including weekends)
- own reliable vehicle and have valid driver's license

Classification - SALESPERSON/ESTIMATOR
- outgoing and friendly attitude and a strong work ethic
- ready, willing and able to learn quickly
- understand, accept, and operate under WCB regulations and policies
- well versed in all aspects of roofing construction and terminology
- able to lift a ladder and climb on and around roofs
- professional appearance and demeanour
- excellent customer relations and service skills
- excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- own reliable vehicle and have valid driver's license
- able to work varied hours (including weekends)
- understands and accepts the standards, policies and operational procedures

Classification - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
